History
The origins of the Gagliardo winery belong to the Colla Family, which has been growing vineyards in Piedmont since the middle of the 19th century. In 1972 Marivanna Colla, Paolo’s only child, married a young man from Roero: Gianni Gagliardo. After Paolo passed away, Gianni gets in control of the cellar and in 1986 the Paolo Colla Winery became Gianni Gagliardo Winery.
People
In the winery today there are Gianni, and his three sons: Stefano, Alberto and Paolo.
Vineyards
The vineyards are between the Langhe area and the Roero area, and include some of the best crus in the Barolo region: Fossati, Lazzarito, Monvigliero and Serra dei Turchi.
Wines
The wines are the result of the quest of balance and of the respect for the environment. Gagliardo’s wines reflects the best appellations of Langhe and Roero.

By appointment it will be possible to visit the cellar and the vineyards, with personalized visits and tastings.
