Camparo
Via Carzello, 21 bis Diano d’Alba CN | T. +39 0173 231777
History
In the 1980s Mauro took up the winegrowing trade handed down from his grandfather and father. Even at a young age he already had a clear idea of what he wanted to do with the family business and we can say that the real story of Camparo began in the 1990s, when Mauro took over the reins of the business. First of all he began to market the family's organic wine throughout Italy, and in the mid-1990s he bought a plot of land with Nebbiolo vines to produce Barolo, thus expanding the company's production.
It was in 2000 that the company obtained the "organic farming" certification.
People
Today, together with Mauro, there are his children Sara, Alberto and Alessio.
